How do I enter the contest?
To enter the
WWAY TV 3 Race Day Challenge
you simply need to register. If you have not yet registered then you can sign
up by going to the Registration Page. It takes only
a few seconds and is absolutely FREE!

When can I enter?
You can register anytime. The first race of the contest starts on February 17, 2008 with the Daytona 500. You will want to register and start playing as early in the season as possible to have the best chance of winning the season long contest.

How many times can I enter?
Only one entry per person allowed. Contestants found to have entered more than
once, are automatically disqualified. Winners must show proof of ID and
residence upon acceptance of prizes. If a winner is unable to provide proof of
ID or residence, they are disqualified.

Will I be contacted if I win?
Yes, we will contact all winners within days after the final scores have been
calculated. It is imperative that your registration information is correct.

Why must I have cookies enabled to enter the contest?
Most likely, you already have cookies enabled. If not, you should have received
a message from our web site notifying you that your cookies are not enabled. We
use cookies to pass information from page to page. This is not uncommon. We do
not attempt to use cookies to gather personal information about you from your
computer. The cookie that we leave on your computer contains minimal
information and expires after the contest is over.

If cookies are disabled on my browser, how do I enable them?
In Internet Explorer 5, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
On the Security tab, click "Custom Level".
Scroll down, and select "Enable cookies".
Click OK.
In Internet Explorer 6, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
On the Privacy tab, move the settings slider to Medium High or lower.
Click OK.
In Netscape 4-7, click Preferences on the Edit menu.
In the Advanced category, from the Cookies section, choose "Accept all
cookies".
Click OK.

I'm using WebTV, why can't I register or make picks?
Web TV does not sufficiently support javascript or cookies. We suggest
using Internet Explorer 5.1 +, Firefox .9.1 + or Netscape 7.1 +.

I'm on a network at work and I can't register or make picks. Why?
If you are running a firewall on your network at work, you may be unable to
submit info to web sites that have not been cleared by your Network
Administrator.

How many of my drivers can earn points each race?
Only the top 5 placing drivers of your 8 drivers generate points each week. Once your team has been selected, you can only switch out 3 drivers on your team each week.

Does the order of the drivers on my team list matter?
No. The top 5 placing drivers of your 8 drivers generate points each week. Listing order does not matter.

What happens if I do not login and make driver changes for a given race week?
If you do not login and make changes to your team before a race, the team used in the race the week before will be used again, as well as the race winner and number of lead changes.

When must I have my driver changes turned in?
All changes must be made before the scheduled TV start time of the race. Once the TV start time is reached, the team management tool is disabled until the next day. See Race Schedule.

When are scores updated?
Scores and standings are updated after the official results are posted for each race. The official results are normally posted on Mondays around 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
